June 2017 – time for another exhibition by AKR School of Art for its students; just that it was bigger and better with 21 students exhibiting around 60 plus paintings spread over a week at the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore.
The Exhibition was inaugurated by Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Shri H K Patil and Kannada Actress Ms. Bhavana.
This time I exhibited 4 of my oil paintings: Kaleidoscope (which got sold), Walk in the Rain, Reflection of Life and Hide & Seek – Sunset thru Dandelion.
During 2015, AKR School of Art, where I learned painting with Oil colors, conducted an exhibition at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath for its students. Renowned artist Shri S.G Vasudev inaugurated the week-long exhibition. Creativity at its best, the students went all out to exhibit their skill.
I got a chance to exhibit two of my paintings: Tranquility and Lillies in Bloom.
DiyaGhar is an NGO working to educate children of migrant workers. When you buy a painting, a part of the proceeds goes as contribution to DiyaGhar.
